Purposes and legal bases
- - Professional outreach to executives within a mandate: legitimate interest (article 6.1.f GDPR)
- - Client relationship management and delivery of engagements: performance of the contract (article 6.1.b)
- - Responding to enquiries received by email: legitimate interest (article 6.1.f)
- - Accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation (article 6.1.c)
Categories of data and sources
- - Professional identification data: name, role, company, business email
- - Exchange data: content and date of contacts, follow-up
- - Sources: public registers and publicly accessible company data, institutional websites, professional networks, information provided by the individual
Retention periods
- - Prospect data: three years from collection or from the most recent contact initiated by the prospect.
- - Individuals who objected: retention of the minimum identifier needed to avoid further contact
- - Clients: duration of the contractual relationship, then five years
- - Accounting records: ten years, as required by law
Recipients and processors
Data is accessible only to the NC CORPORATE staff in charge of the relevant mandate. Technical processors are used for website hosting, business email and relationship tracking tools. They act on instruction and under contracts compliant with article 28 GDPR. No transfer outside the European Union is made without appropriate safeguards.
Your rights and how to object
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise them, write to business@nccorp.fr stating your request. A response is provided within one month. Any objection to outreach is processed immediately and permanently. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
